Sustainable Solutions Conference

Harry Kohal will be presenting at the Sustainable Soultion Conference on June 8th and 9th in Chicago, IL. He will be explaining the Tools for Measurement and Management in High Performance Buildings. Below is an abstract of the conversation that will be taking place.

"High performance buildings require new tools for facilities operations and management. This presentation will explore the tools needed to measure and manage these facilities effectively. Skills required to be successful and how to incorporate these tools and skills into everyday facility management.

Applying LEAN principles, measures, metrics, using statistical analysis, the internet, and social media to “get the job done” in an energy starved, cash strapped environment become the facility directors new challenge. How do vendors, trade shows, blogs and the internet make the job easier and more difficult at the same time?"
