Phone Support
Eagle Technology Inc. offers unlimited phone support for both our Standard and Premium Support plans. Our Help Desk is open Monday – Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Central Time. We make every attempt possible to answer your calls immediately. The Help Desk can be reached at (800) 388-3268 (US and Canada) or 1-262-241-3845.
E-Mail Support
An ensured way to get answers to your questions in a timely manner is by e-mailing us at support@eaglecmms.com. Be sure to include your name, company, phone number, and a brief description regarding your issue.

Customers can use our live chat tool to get quick answers to simple support issues, or get more in-depth responses from our technical support team.
Shared Screen Support
Do you have a problem that you just can't figure out? Let us share your screen, even taking control of your mouse if you'd like, and diagnose your issue or walk you through your problem. Please contact the Help Desk for connection information.
Software Upgrades (Premium Support only)
Included in your Premium Support plan are Major Release upgrades, as well as maintenance releases. Plus, Proteus data conversions are included if necessary.
