With over two decades of enterprise software experience, Hill will lead a talented and expanding engineering team at TMA that will play a crucial role in defining and communicating the product roadmap while likewise accelerating the pace of new features and modules.

Most recently, Hill was the Senior Director of Engineering at Varsity Tutors, a Nerdy company (NYSE: NRDY), which provides a learning platform to seamlessly connect learners to experts. Hill’s strong technical background and collaborative problem-solving skills will enable him to drive technology expansion at TMA Systems and shape the ongoing transformation across the enterprise.
