Proteus CMMS software provides an easy and effective way to streamline operations, which leads to better management, a reduction in downtime, and significant cost savings.
Data trends can help determine maintenance schedules, operations, and efficiency. Over time, it can even show a company the next logical point of expansion to accommodate growth.
Computerized maintenance management systems utilize an expansive range of technology to detect and communicate issues to staff.
MC Realty has been using Proteus MMX for over three years. Integration into our Building Automation System was one of the main reasons for selecting Proteus MMX. We have over 140 technicians managing several hundred client properties, all using the most advanced features of MMX, as well as the mobile app. Proteus MMX improves efficiency, and we have seen an increase in client satisfaction.
The software is a great way to keep records. It shows you what’s been done, how much was spent and also tracks labor and parts. Proteus is the backbone of our department. We’re really happy with it. It has clearly played a big role in improving productivity and helping us to take our department to a whole new level of management. Since implementing Proteus we can effectively plan preventative maintenance and get an overall view of each building and their maintenance needs. We have been able to track and manage each transaction and the level of effort associated by the use of Proteus.
The Bellevue Club was Proteus MMX, Eagle’s CMMS cloud software. Russo explained: “It has so many different functions and attributes and more features to use than other programs. It is simple, easy, and intuitive.”
With the new system in place, MDW has been able to track call center activity in one database. “From a spill on the floor to a burned out light, everything is tracked within the system,” informs engineer Mike Stewart. “At the end of the month, we are able to report to our client in a more seamless fashion— in effect justify our function within the airport. It’s a good tool for the CDA in that it allows them to evaluate the job we’re doing.”
One of the problems our clients have had, was keeping an accurate list of their deployed assets. There was typically no pro-active maintenance, vendor and/or asset history, nor any other recorded processes. Paladin saw this as an opportunity to provide a solution for our clients, as well as creating a vertical to our existing offerings.
For the past year, your Proteus MMX mobile App has been kicking...
I recently built a building and set up a new Facilities Department. We evaluated multiple CMMS systems. Eagle Proteus by far had more functionality and was substantially more competitive than the major CMMS systems. We are now in year 4 and the system has exceeded all expectations.
It is an extremely user-friendly piece of software. Since there is a large amount of data in the system, the ability to move columns within the system in order to filter information quickly and easily is necessary for MI Windows & Doors.
Proteus MMX's mobile application is multifaceted, providing technicians the ease of completing preventative and demand work orders directly in the field as work is occurring. With the rich voice-to-text option, the details and accuracy of the work completed have drastically improved, providing the company with a vast wealth of information.
