With a Support Agreement from Eagle, you can choose to contact us via Phone, Email or Live Chat.

Phone Support

We offer unlimited phone support for both our Standard and Premium Support plans. Our Help Desk is open Monday – Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Central Time. We make every attempt possible to answer your calls immediately. The Help Desk can be reached at 1-262-241-3845.

Email Support

Get timely answers to your questions by e-mailing us at mmxsupport@tmasystems.com. Be sure to include your name, company, phone number, and a brief description of your issue.

Shared Screen Support

Do you have a problem that you just can’t figure out? Let us share your screen, even taking control of your mouse if you’d like, and diagnose your issue or walk you through your problem. Please contact the Help Desk for connection information.

24/7 Support

On-line clients have access to 7x24 support from the Eagle Technology Team. All support is afforded to clients current in their annual support hosting fees.

Software Upgrades (Premium)

Included in your Premium Support plan are Major Release upgrades, as well as maintenance releases. Proteus data conversions are included if necessary.
